A project is considered officially commenced once any of the following occurs:Proposal or quotation approval Payment of invoice or advanceStrategy/consultation call completion. Research, planning, or concept development begins. Once work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable. - Service-Based Work
Payments are non-refundable once work has started on services including but not limited to:Brand Identity & Branding StrategySocial Media Marketing & Campaign ManagementWebsite Design & Development, Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals, Corporate Event Graphics & Creative Support, Photoshoots & Production, B2B Brand Guidelines & Creative Services, Digital Strategy & Consultation. - Project Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a project after confirmation:Work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered.Remaining work will be halted.No refunds will be issued for completed, scheduled, or reserved work. - Client Delays & Abandonment
Clients are responsible for providing content, approvals, and feedback on time.If the client fails to respond or provide required inputs for 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued, and reactivation may require additional fees. - Change of Mind / Business Decisions
Refunds will not be provided due to: Change in business goals or strategy Change in design preference or directionInternal decision changes, Delay in approvals or communication, Lack of desired results or subjective dissatisfaction. - No Guarantee of Marketing or Business Results
While we apply proven strategies and professional expertise, Octopus and Jam does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:Sales or revenue growth Leads or conversionsSearch engine rankings, Social media engagement or follower growth, Return on ad spend (ROAS), Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. - Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All concepts, drafts, strategies, creative directions, and designs remain the intellectual property of Octopus and Jam until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, reproduction, sharing, or distribution of unpaid work is strictly prohibited. - Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:Duplicate paymentBilling error Technical overcharge. Any approved refund will be partial and adjusted against work completed and expenses incurred. - Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Octopus and Jam will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in immediate service termination and legal action if necessary. - Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
